Motsepe Advertising is seeking a dynamic and creative account manager to be the driving force behind our client relationships.

As the main point of contact, you'll work closely with our internal teams to develop and execute advertising campaigns that align with our clients' goals and objectives. By understanding our clients' target audience and developing strategies to reach them, you'll help us deliver results that exceed expectations. You'll keep an eye on budgets, timelines and campaign performance, making recommendations for improvements along the way. With your industry knowledge and analytical skills, you'll be able to identify new opportunities and present them to clients.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field and at least three (3) years experience working with clients in a professional setting. If you're a master of communication and project management, join our team and help us create advertising magic!

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, media, and production to develop and execute advertising campaigns that align with clients' goals and objectives

  • Work with clients to understand their target audience and develop strategies to reach and engage that audience

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements

  • Manage budgets and timelines for advertising projects and ensure that they stay on track

  • Attend client meetings and presentations to provide updates on campaign progress and to discuss new opportunities for advertising

  • Stay informed of industry trends and developments, and share this information with clients and internal teams to help them stay ahead of the curve
