Our Account Manger works with our leadership team to apply knowledge about client's competitive environment and understands the industries landscape results and their impact. The ability as a communication professional means that they are able to handle a broad variety of tasks with increasing independence and sound judgment. They are trusted to build relationships across all of Motsepe Advertising resources and capabilities and identify opportunities to upsell in this space to customer needs.

Responsibilities:

Building strategic relationships with Motsepe Advertising clients

Project liaison between clients, creative teams and other stakeholders

Working with all internal team members to facilitate the process of developing high quality work

Basic understanding of the advertising business model

Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly campaigns, calendars to internal and external stakeholders

The ability to plan and contribute creative briefs and be able to upsell to client needs

Has working knowledge of media, influencers, advocates, and their needs

Basic analysis and presentation of client's business results and competitive landscapes to clients and Motsepe Advertising team members

Developing key website stats, social media reporting, drive SEO and SEM for Motsepe Advertising clients

Develop content for client’s social media. Content developed need to be in the client’s bespoke tone and voice, adhering to the CI guidelines

Analysing of client’s competition and staying current with global and local trends to present to Motsepe Advertising leadership and clients

Contributes to the development and presentation of new business plans for potential and existing clients.

Required skills and qualifications:

Professional experience in a sales or customer service role

Five years of work experience within the digital industry

Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback

Own vehicle

Bachelor's/ Diploma degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, or Marketing
